As your Barre, Yoga, and Pilates teacher, these are the principles that I believe in.
1. Creating a Safe Space
First things first, creating a safe space—both emotionally and physically—is my top priority. I ALWAYS want you to feel comfortable and secure the moment you step into the room. This is your sanctuary to focus on YOU- without any fears or worries about judgment- from me or anyone else in the room. No distractions. I’m always here to listen to your needs and address any concerns, ensuring a supportive environment for everyone.
Tailor-Made Classes
I believe in teaching classes that are not memorized, choreographed or rehearsed. Instead, I sequence each session based on who is actually present. This means I take into account your individual needs, abilities, and energy levels to create a practice that’s as unique as you are. No two classes are ever the same because I tailor them to fit the group dynamics of the day.
Earning Your Trust
Last but certainly not least, I want to earn your trust. I want you to know that every time you turn on your computer or walk into my studio- I’m going to teach you a safe, alignment based class. Ensuring proper alignment helps prevent injuries, keeps you safe and allows you to get the biggest benefit from each pose or exercise.
I strive to guide you through well-sequenced practices that feel natural and effective in your body. The movements should flow nicely and shouldn’t feel choppy or uncomfortable. That doesn’t mean easy- don’t be mistaken. 🥰. I’ll always offer you modifications- how to take it up or down a notch depending on what you need. Always listen to your body and do what is right for you in that moment. It may be different from what was right for you yesterday or what will feel right tomorrow. Trust yourself.

A bonus for me is if you come back!! Nothing makes me happier than seeing you return to class and maybe even inviting a friend. Building a community of like-minded individuals who support and uplift each other is incredibly rewarding. 🥰🥰.
