WHAT TO EXPECT DURING
A 9D SESSION

Every session is more than a practice, it’s a transformative journey inward. Here’s what the experience looks like:

1. Ground & Intend
We begin by anchoring into the present. You’ll be introduced to the purpose of the session, the methods you’ll explore, and invited to set a personal intention—creating a safe foundation for deep work.

2. Immerse & Release
With headphones on and eyes covered, you’ll enter a rich sensory experience designed to bypass the thinking mind. Through guided breath, sound frequencies, and subconscious coaching, you’ll dive deep—releasing stored tension, emotions, and limiting patterns.

3. Integrate & Reflect
After the journey, you’ll return gently to reflection. Whether you speak your insights aloud or simply sit with them, this time is meant to anchor your discoveries—so the transformation carries with you long after the session ends.
